This litle original beach house on the dunes of Wooli has everything you need for a perfect getaway. The large, all-weather outdoor entertaining area provides a shady, relaxed space in summer. A short walk from the garden`s wooden gate takes you to the top of the dune, where you can sit at the table and chairs, enjoying the majestic Wooli beach before you.
Back in the garden, pick a lemon from the tree for a well-earned GandT. Rinse off in the outdoor shower, then head inside to the bedrooms, and open plan kitchen, dinning and lounge area. The main house has three bedrooms that sleep six people, plus an additional detached bedroom with a queen bed. An extra toilet is convientantly located within the laundry area
*** Air Conditioner in lounge/living room + fans
The home has security screen doors front and rear so you can catch the summer breezes and hear the sound of the surf at night. All windows have insect screens. For those rare extra hot nights.
There is plenty of off-street parking for cars and boats on either side of the house.
2 Outside Dogs permitted - Please Note: the yard is fenced by we suggest to check if it secure for your pet

- Linen is NOT supplied at this property. You will need bring your own linen including towels.
- We provide a basic starter pack, such as toilet paper, dishwashing tablet, etc, to cover your needs for a night or two. For longer stays, please bring additional supplies. Come and enjoy all that 120 on Main has to offer.

Fencing in need of repair.Sprinkler system is set on timer and leaking badly flooding back area and driveway.Overall a very enjoyable stay.

We have just had our 3rd Easter at 120 on Main and have had yet another fabulous experience.The house presentation is always very good ,very clean and neat.Gas bottles also nice and full.Would definitely recommend.

This place is great. There's a few features it doesn't list which I think people could benefit from if it were listed. One being that the outdoor shower has hot water, and there's a toilet in the laundry outside for those staying in the outdoor room. There is a bath also which I really needed for my little one, and there's a BBQ with gas. The location is minutes walk to the bowls club and the beach access is great. We loved using the outdoor fireplace especially as it was raining. This place is great for when it does rain as the outdoor undercover area is not just a shade sail like other properties I viewed, it was thoroughly undercover. The bedding was comfortable. And rooms a decent size. The second air-conditioning we couldn't get to work but it wasn't necessary. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to other guests and friends. We enjoyed the house, especially the outdoor area. While not a new place it was definitely a great beach shack which had more to offer than its listing which should be updated to credit the property.

Great location on beach. Heaps of outdoor entertaining space. Outdoor private hot shower excellent. Bed could have been a bit more comfortable but not terrible. BBQ was filthy. Could not use it and top of fridge very dirty. No pantry. Take everything with you as very little supplied other than utensils which were very well stocked
