Our new (2019) comfortable & spacious 1500 sq. ft. 2 bedroom condo is in the center of all the activity. Only a 1/4 mile from Cedar Point to the east and a 1/4 mile to downtown Sandusky & the Jet Express ferry boat to the Lake Erie Islands of Put In Bay and Kelley's Island. Only 1 mile to the Sports Force Parks at Cedar Point & The Cedar Point Sports Center. Great dining and spectacular sunsets await you downtown. Only a short 10 min. drive to the Kalahari Resort, many clients love staying off site of their function there. Fishing charters or sunset cruises, even a boat ride to a beach are available. Kayak and paddle board rentals nearby as well as jet ski rentals. Many State and Metro parks and wildlife areas to explore. Our area is rich in history, come and explore. Sandusky is one of only two cities Washington DC being the second) in the united states completely layed out out in our Masonic Symbol.

The place was great for our family and convenient for our trip to Cedar Point. Google maps directed us to the wrong location a couple doors down, but the owner responded immediately and gave us guidance to get to the correct spot. We would stay again!

We came for a baseball tournament and then stayed a couple days to explore Sandusky, Marblehead, and enjoy Cedar Point. The place was clean, had what we needed, and was conveniently located to everything.If we return, we will definitely stay here again.To the baseball moms—bring a roll of quarters for the washer and dryer. It’s 2 to wash 2 to dry. Also, bring an extra nightlight if your kids don’t like the dark. There are no windows in the bedrooms and they are dark!

This was my second time staying at this property, and I highly recommend it for those visiting Cedar Point. You can't get much closer without staying on park property, and that would lack the amenities you get here (kitchen, separate bedrooms, etc.). Very quiet location, comfortable beds, and a spacious kitchen and living room area. Plus great communication with the hosts.

The house is very nice and comfortable and is a 5 minute drive to Cedar Pointe amusement park! For a family of 4 who likes to cook to save money, my only suggestion for this place would be to provide a few more utensils and plates to minimize dish washing on vacation. It was a great place, and we would stay again.

The listing was exactly as stated on VRBO. it was clean, spacious, had all the essentials and so close to everything. 5 minutes from Cedar Point, 7 minutes to Cedar Point Sports Complex and lots of restaurants nearby. Heather and Brandon were so amazing to work with. Instructions were very clear on everything. Brandon stopped to say Hello when we arrived and made us feel very welcome. Even gave us suggestions on the best places in town. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to returning!!!

We loved this property! Lots of space in each room. Beds and furniture were comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. We walked to downtown Sandusky several times and checked out the bars and parks. The fold-down futon in the living room was a touch small for sleeping two people, but there is a large sectional sofa with recliners if the futon doesn’t work for two adults. Also, there's plenty of room for a large air mattress in either bedroom or in the living room, if you prefer that. We had a great experience and I highly recommend!

We were impressed with this rental. The living/ kitchen/ dining area was very spacious and cozy. Lots of furniture for watching TV and socializing. Plenty of seating at dining table for snacks/ meals and game night. Beds were clean and comfortable. Perfect location about 3 minutes from the Cedar Point causeway. Convenience stores, groceries, and gas all nearby as well.

The property was just as described. It was the perfect space for our family of 4 but I wouldnt hesitate to have 6 stay. It was the cleanest rental property we have stepped into. Kitchen provided all necessities to stay for a week. There is coin operated laundry available. Bathroom is clean and spacious. Bedrooms are large. Living area was comfortable for the entire family to watch a movie after a hot day in the sun. The location is central to everything. We were there for the sports force complex, only a 5 minute drive away. Cedar point is only 5 minutes away. Restaurants, town parks, boating all within 5 minutes.

These condos are the perfect place to relax after a long day on the water. Bring your boat as they have electric and a secure place to store them. Beds are comfy. Rooms are quiet. Close to downtown and for us was very close to the city boat ramps. 2nd time staying here and the place I'll stay next time we are fishing out of Sandusky.

When we first pulled in to the property we were a bit apprehensive but after opening the front door we were very pleased. Suite was very clean and well maintained. Perfect for our family and two (2) teenage boys visiting Cedar Point. The only "issue" was that the bathroom and bedroom doors don't lock which would have been nice for added privacy and security when traveling with a group.
