This spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath pool view condo is in the heart of the World's largest medical Centre. This location includes activities like Hermann Park, The Museum District, Reliant Park and The Houston Zoo. In Rice Village, you can take advantage of countless shopping, dining, and entertainment options just a few minutes from your front door. It is also only a 5 minute drive from The Texas Medical Centre, which is the largest medical centre in the world. Downtown Houston is only 10 minutes from this property. Galveston is only 30 minutes away.
You can relax pool side or read a novel on our comfy couches under the vine shaded pergolas. How about joining our complimentary sessions of Yoga or check out our 24 hour gym? The property offers catered monthly breakfast in the Club Room, daily movie rentals, resident business center with wifi, package acceptance and delivery service and a library of resident book swaps. It also has 24 hour emergency maintenance, on site courtesy officer and valet waste pick up at your door five days a week. The complex also has a recreation center where you can relax with your friends and family. It also has a business centre where you will have access to computers, printers and fax machine 24-hours a day. In the condo, you will have access to wireless internet, cable TV and washer/dryer. There is free gated garage parking where you can park your car at this property. You can also use the Houston Railroad to get around The Houston Downtown area.

The place was clean and wonderful, almost too clean, very strong smell of chemicals which was a little overwhelming. The directions to access the apartment were a little confusing but we were eventually able to get in. Also, a word of warning, the parking garage is quite treacherous for a larger vehicle (Infinity QX80). With all that being said, the location is absolutely wonderful and there are many places to eat that are within walking distance. We were very close to the venue for the Con we were attending. Thank you for a nice stay!

Could have been setup a little bit better to accommodate six adults. Not enough dishes, cutlery/ dull knives, wouldn't cut anything, no t-towels/dish cloths.
Apt. was nice and had lots of space for six adults.

The apartment isn’t as nice as what’s pictured. Cleanliness is a big deal for me and the place was not up to par! When I messaged the owner about the dirty sheets, I never received a message back. I had to make a Walmart trip for laundry detergent to wash the bed linen. No Linen for the sofa bed, the couch pillows were worn out! The bathrooms were not so clean, dirt piled up along the walls behind the doors. they could also use some bath rugs. The balcony was dirty! I waa highly disappointed Luckily we didn’t spend much time in the apartment’ Money waisted❗️
