Stunning sunsets; quiet and peaceful townhouse on Lake 2 at the Islands in Gilbert, AZ. The primary and guest bedrooms upstairs; 2.5 bathrooms; a loft that is set up for remote work. Renovations have just been completed in 2022! It is 2.9 miles to downtown Gilbert for food and fun; 4 miles to the downtown district of Chandler for more food and fun. Walk to Starbucks for your morning coffee or play at one of two golf courses within 4.5 miles. Shopping is everywhere!

This was the most well stocked home we’ve ever stayed in. Bedding, appliances, furnishings all were high end!If you’re lucky enough to reserve it you won’t regret it.Beautiful home in a lovely peaceful setting on the water!

From the check-in and check-out to the cleanliness and convenience this is a great place to stay. Location is outstanding, mid-way between downtown Gilbert and downtown Chandler. Close to bike trails that can take you as far as Tempe, Mesa, Scottsdale and Queen Creek as well as all over Gilbert and Chandler.
Plenty of great restaurants and breweries within a few miles.
Sandy, our host, was super responsive when any little issues came up.
This is our second year staying at this location and we would highly recommend.
