About this apartment rental
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a single-storey building with several apartments. It consists of: living and dining room with sofa bed, full kitchen, two bathrooms and two bedrooms, one of them equipped with 2 single beds together, making a double bed, the other with 2 single beds. It has a covered terrace, connected to the living room, where you can have all your meals. The communal garden in front of the terrace can be used for sunbathing or enjoying some outside grills.
In the living and dining room there is a cozy area to relax with sofas, one of which is a bed, an LCD TV with cable channels, free Wi-Fi internet and a dining area with table and chairs. In the room there is also a terrace with table and six chairs where you can enjoy a drink on warm summer evenings.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals, from ceramic hob, oven with grill, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine and dishwasher and utensils for 6 people.
The bathrooms have a bathtub and a hairdryer. The water is heated by an electric water tank.
For your safety, the home have first aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket in the kitchen.
For your convenience, the house has iron and ironing board, bed linen and bath for all guests, weekly cleaning (every 7 days), vacuum cleaner, broom and shovel. Air conditioning is also available in the living room and bedrooms.

We had a wonderful holiday in this very clean, spacious apartment.
We were able to sunbathe in peaceful surroundings and yet be moments from an excellent restaurant or a swimming pool.
We will return!

Yet again despite Covid problems Clube Albufeira came up trumps.
Was difficult from the website to assertian where on the complex various properties were - near a pool, on top of a hill etc. all issues of interest to an elderly couple! That aside the process was seamless and we had a wonderful relaxing holiday again.

Very nice property with everything provided including aircon. No personal touches but it was more than adequate. We had a problem with the sun beds which, unfortunately, was not sorted out. Instead of 4 sun beds there was only one and one broken one. We reported this on the first day but a new one never arrived. There was only one breakfast bowl and just 2 mugs. Water was left in the fridge for us which we appreciated. No notes on how to use the TV but we sorted it out in the end. Efficient WiFi. The gardens surrounding the villa were perfect and are obviously taken care of.. The restaurant on site was very good and we ate there several times. The pool was lovely and clean but there were not enough sun beds, they had all gone by 11 oclock. There are another two pools to choose from, one of which had plenty of beds so we went there. There is no supermarket on site anymore but there is one over the road adjoining a cafe which is good. Very quiet site, well run, Reception were always helpful.
