About this apartment rental

Enjoy the lower level of our charming home nestled on the banks of the Rock River. Spectacular natural light with gorgeous views. Located in a quiet cul de sac, this space offers serene views of the water through two triple patio doors of the spacious living area. The gas fireplace adds to the coziness. Come and go as you please with a separate, private, locked entrance.
The kitchenette, daybed and entertainment options (ping pong, air hockey, darts, bag toss, board games) compliment the relaxing, cozy space. A hot tub is available for use with prior approval.

We are located 50 minutes from downtown Milwaukee and 40 minutes from Madison and within 20 minutes to Lake Country. We are 5 minutes from Luther Preparatory School, 15 minutes from Johnson Creek Premium Outlet Shops, and 12 minutes from Maranatha Baptist University.

We volunteered at the Women’s US Open at Erin Hills and this property was a quick 30 drive on beautiful traffic-free country roads. When we returned from a long day on the course Rock River Haven was a restful spot.

We enjoyed the outdoor space looking over the river. Very peaceful. We also got to borrow a kayak and venture up the river a little bit before floating back home. Communication with host was easy and helpful. Toaster oven and mini fridge/freezer worked well for our needs. Thanks for the nice stay.

MJ and Andy are one of the most friendly hosts we've met. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable and well-cared for during our stay. They helped us with everything from setting up the air hockey table to launching the kayaks -- all done with warmth and a genuine desire to make our stay memorable rather than done as a chore. We enjoyed getting to know them and will gladly stay again.The property itself was very clean and well-organized. The switches were clearly labeled and instructions provided for appliances where appropriate. There are lots and lots of indoor games and books to keep oneself away from the electronics. Alternately one can sit outside and just watch the river go by while enjoying the outdoors.All said - our family had a very good experience staying here and we look forward to seeing MJ and Andy again on our next quick getaway from the city!
