4. Does the Villa have WIFI?

6. What paper products and cleaning products are provided?

No, smoking is NOT allowed in the Villa or by the Pool. Only in front of house by road please.

Everything was wonderful even with the very crazy freezing temperatures..the house was cozy and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were clean and stayed nice temperatures on the days that were freezing. Great communication because when we asked someone to come check the hot tub they came out right away. The game room was a huge hit!! So much fun!! It was a perfect home to stay in between park days.

One of the best houses I have stayed at in Windsor Hills. The host was great and the house had lots of extra amenities. Would definitely stay there again!

The layout of the house was great for our large group of 11. The kids enjoyed the warm pool and game room with plenty to do. There were some things that could use some TLC like a stuck door knob and a bed frame that was missing a piece. The house uses a hot water tank in case you’re curious. We loved the neighborhood setting and ability to walk to the clubhouse. Thank you for opening up your house to us!

The host provided clear and easy direction for everything you needed to know so you felt comfortable arriving, being in the home and departing. The host was flexible with a late departure fee which allowed us to stay and be comfortable on our day flying home. The home had clean and comfortable beds. The games worked in the game room, the tvs were easy to use, the pool and hot tub were clean and in working condition and there were items to get you started during your stay (trash bags, dish soap and sponge, and paper towels/toilet paper and had soap). The laundry was great with two washers and dryers. The clubhouse pool and slides were a great benefit along with being a gated community. Walmart close by for any needed items. Everything was wonderful! our minor feedback was: bath towels should be replaced they have seen the end of their life and possibly think about some ventilation before new guests arrive - there was an odd smell in the downstairs bedroom along with blinds that did not adjust with string - seemed to have a worn lever?
