Tiszta, modern, felszerelt, kellemes a kis kerthelyiség.
Belső udvarban lévő parkoló nagyon szűkös, illetve kevés a férőhely is. Nem volt feltüntetve, hogy apartmanonként csak 1 db hely jár. Az egyik ágy cseréje szükséges volna, egy sima leüléstől olyan hangokat ad, mintha ketté akarna törni.
