About this villa rental
The property boasts spectacular elevated views down to the Mediterranean Sea with the back drop of the mountains behind. Conveniently placed between the villages of Catalkoy & Ozankoy which offer a wide variety of restaurants & shops. Situated approx 4 miles east of Kyrenia town and its beautiful harbour. Many beaches just a short drive away. On a development of 6 privately owned villa's with it's own 5m x 10m swimming pool solely for your use.
Notes on accommodation:
Azure is a beautiful modern villa decorated to a high standard. The sitting room has quadruple aspect, which maximises the natural light and offers cross ventilation. There are five patio doors which all lead out onto terraces. An open fire place and travertine floor which both compliment the ground floor. All 3 bedrooms are on the first floor. (1 x King with ensuite / 1 x Double / 1 x Twin). Also the family bathroom (with a bath). There is a door on the landing leading to the roof terrace which offers an alternative sun bathing area, or better still an evening drink. To the west is the view of the remains of the ancient Bellepais Abbey, said to be the most impressive Gothic building in Cyprus. A fantastic sight when illuminated in the evening.
The villa is managed by Kristina who also looks after the pool, Neptune Pools.
There is a mobile phone at the villa for guests to book restaurants etc or to contact Kristina, we would ask you to top up if you use it.
Outside:
There is a large overflow swimming pool (10mx5m) with a slight gradient going from 1.5m to 1.7m this is cleaned and maintained twice weekly. There are sunbeds with cushions, tables and parasols provided for your comfort. There is also an outdoor shower for your convenience. A barbecue and large patio area, with dining table for 6 under a pergola is located at the front beside the pool, specifically positioned there to appreciate the views. The pool can be illuminated in the evening with under water lighting and the BBQ area also has lighting for that alfresco evening dining. To the rear of the villa is a large paved terrace with slightly raised borders planted with Orleandor and Hibiscus, orange and lemon trees. There is a large covered pergola with furniture for your comfort. The outside paving surrounds the property allowing complete outside access. Mature gardens to all sides. A stone wall surrounds the property with a gated entrance to the drive with parking for 3/4 cars.
Utility Room:
A washing machine is under the stairs with an ironing board and iron.
Cleaning / Towels / Linen
The villa will be cleaned for your arrival. The beds are prepared with fresh linen and towels, with extra bedding and towels provided for stays of two weeks and more, Beach/pool towels are supplied
A welcome pack is supplied for your arrival which includes some basic food and drink essentials for your first night/morning at the villa.
Other:
Dining area with table and chairs that sit up to 6 people, also small sideboard. The dining room has patio doors that lead to the rear garden/terrace. We have an electricity allowance of 350 units per week. There is a small children’s fun fare approximately 500/600 metres from the villa. The children’s fun fare caters for children in the age range of 4 -10 therefore the rides are low intensity and relatively low volume.

Villa is excellent, cant be faulted really, very clean and comfortable. Pool is excellent well maintained, cleaned and serviced twice a week early in the morning.Villa is very well looked after by Sally the property manager who is always on hand to offer help and advice. A hire car is essential for this villa as it is up on a hill side and walking up in the heat of summer is not really an option especially if your elderly. Arriving after dark and finding your way up to the villa in your hire car is lets say a bit of a challenge. I would advise people who know they are going to arrive after dark to use a taxi service from the airport to the villa and have the hire car delivered to you the following morning.Lastly the villa does have a children's fun fare in the field front of it. It closes fairly early around 10 pm most nights and is not generally noisy, but on Saturday nights it can be a bit annoying.All in all though we had a great time at the villa Azure and would return again.

A very beautifully kept property, lovely building lots of seating areas. Pool is amazing, big and luxurious. Car rental Def required, this was sorted out by the host s manager sally. Very straightforward, got delivered to the door. can walk to Eminem restaurant in 15 mins, otherwise need a car. best beach alagadi 2. free parking and can rent umbrella s i believe. dea so so warm in august like s hot tub. Overall a very clean and organised property. lots of light in the house. Felt like home. Would definitely book again and i never say this. Highly recommend.

We’ve just returned from the most wonderful stay at Villa Azure and can honestly say it was everything we hoped for—and more. From the moment we arrived, we could feel that this place had been created with care and love. Susan and Geoff have truly thought of everything to make it the perfect home-away-from-home.The villa itself is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and so well-equipped—we honestly couldn’t have asked for more. Whether it was cooking meals in the kitchen, enjoying coffee in the peaceful morning sun, or lounging by the pool in the afternoon, everything we needed was right there at our fingertips.Every detail has been considered to make family life easy and relaxing—plenty of space, comfy beds, thoughtful touches throughout, and areas for both fun and quiet moments. The outdoor areas were a real highlight for us, offering plenty for us to unwind with a glass of wine in the evening and watch the sun set on the roof area. A special thank you to our lovely host Sally, who was absolutely fabulous—friendly, responsive, and always just a message away if we needed anything. It really made such a difference knowing she was there to help, even though everything ran so smoothly we barely needed to ask.Villa Azure is the kind of place you immediately feel at home in, and one you’ll want to return to again and again.

At the very least we wanted a comfortable and clean villa with a big pool to suit ourselves and our grandchildren. We got what we wanted and spades more. We arrived after dark, but the outdoor and pool lights were lit to welcome us. Hungry and tired, we were grateful for the welcome pack and the comfy beds. The next morning's villa exploration was not a disappointment either. Outside and in were spotless. There were plenty of comfortable sitting areas - poolside sunbeds and parasols aplenty. Air-conditioning in all rooms was a bonus, which we chose to use only to cool the rooms before bedtime. Fans were also provided should visitors prefer them. In the kitchen, and throughout the whole accommodation, everything was there that could possibly be needed or wanted.Over the week, the infinity pool was well-used, especially by the children, and it remained clean and clear throughout our stay. The location was perfect too - down the road from a farm for donkey-feeding; a stones throw away from a very good traditional restaurant, but quietly set too, with wonderful sunset views from the roof-top seating area. Nearby were water parks and the famous Turtle Beach. And there was horse-riding, jeep excursions, fishing trips, tandem paragliding and many more activities available nor far away.Sally, the property manager, was very helpful in advance of our arrival organising our car hire and painless airport transfers from and to Larnaca. She visited us at both ends of our stay and was available locally should we have needed any help. We had a wonderful stay. The pity was that it was just for a week, but we do hope to return to such a good find!
