Ideally located, this 230 m2 Riad is in the heart of the PALMERAIE, 10 minutes from Place Jemaa El-Fna, Guéliz and the Golf de la Palmeraie.
Composed of 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, large patio as well as an upstairs terrace and a solarium facing the Atlas Mountains, beautiful 360 ° views.
Located in a secure residence, the house gives access to the magnificent perfectly maintained gardens and to a large communal swimming pool decorated with deckchairs and parasols.
Ideal for a successful family vacation or with friends, the riad includes independent rooms which allows everyone to keep their privacy and meet to share good times.
The house is equipped with all the necessary comforts, air conditioning and heating, washing machine, equipped kitchen, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, flat screen TV, Harman Kardon bluetooth speaker, broadband wifi throughout the house.
You have a lady who takes care of the kitchen every day and who will prepare delicious meals for you. Cleaning is also carried out daily.
The house staff is included in the price offered.
You can choose to do your own shopping or ask the cook to do the shopping for you depending on what you want to eat.
We provide you with all the household linen during your stay as well as the bath sheets.

The dining room can accommodate up to 8 guests. The living room is divided into two parts: a TV corner and a pleasant living room with fireplace and small secretary. The living room opens onto the patio.
The patio includes a shaded part equipped with benches that invite you to read or rest and a sunny part with a dining table for your lunches under a large parasol and you will be lulled by the sound of the fountain.
At the bottom of the patio, there are two bedrooms. Each room has a flat-screen TV with access to satellite channels, a bathroom and separate toilet, a safe and storage cupboards.
Upstairs is located the master suite under a huge dome, also equipped with a flat screen TV with access to satellite channels, a bathroom and separate toilet, a safe and storage cupboards.
You will also find an upstairs terrace with a pergola, the ideal place for breakfast, and a huge solarium terrace with a view of the Atlas mountains where you can relax on the deckchairs.

une résidence encore plus belle que sur les photos . un couchage de très bonne qualité ,tout le logement très propre , très confortable .nous somme très bien reçu . un service impeccable , un hôte attentif a notre bien être . que du bonheur . nous reviendrons sans aucun doute . je recommande cette destination …..

Nous avons passé avec un couple d ami une semaine merveilleuse dans cette superbe maison entièrement refaite à neuf.
La maison est située dans la palmeraie à 8-10 minutes du centre ville ( geliz) dans une propriété parfaitement entretenue et surveillée par des gardiens.
Elle est proche de la grande piscine commune .
Les 3 chambres toutes refaites et climatisées sont très spacieuses comme le salon et là patio.
Les solariums ont une vue imprenable sur la chaîne de l Atlas
Enfin mention pour la gouvernante de la maison kahlidja qui non seulement entretien quotidiennement avec discrétion la maison mais s est aussi avérée être une excellente cuisinière !

Un séjour réussi dans cette magnifique résidence. Le riad est très bien aménagé et fonctionnel. Toute la famille a bien profité du solarium et de la vue somptueuse. Bon rapport qualité / prix. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Une propriété totalement sécurisée et après avoir franchi la porte d'entrée, Nous sommes dans un oasis de rêve. L'évasion est totale. La maison avec une très belle décoration Marocaine bénéficie d'excellentes prestations.
La gouvernante vous sert des plats succulents dignes de très grands restaurateurs Marocains.Nous n'avons plus envie de quitter cette maison de rêve et nous avons décider d'y revenir très rapidement
