Feel welcome and escape to the Cape in this sweet, comfortable and classic patio-style condo. Located only half a mile to the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike pathway, this home offers two bedrooms with comfortable furnishings along with an lofted enclosed third bedroom. Newly renovated bathrooms, new furniture, and new mattresses throughout the home lend to a sophisticated and modern-classic feel.
The primary bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor and is complete with a king bed, private bathroom, and A/C. The second bedroom features a queen bed and A/C, with the second bathroom located adjacent to the second full bathroom in hallway. The top floor features an enclosed lofted bedroom with two twin beds and A/C.
The Resort is located between Route 6A/Main Street and Route 137.
Surrounded by nautical shops and a variety of locally loved restaurants!
CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.
FREE ACTIVITIES
Your stay includes up to $597 per week in complimentary activities (subject to season and valid for stays up to 27 nights or less). By booking with us, you'll receive free tickets—every day of your stay—to top activities, including:
-Golfing
-Bike & Kayak Rentals
-Whale Watcher Cruise
-Round Trip Ticket to explore Martha Vineyard & Nantucket
Note: Saturday-to-Saturday stays only.
Sponsored Guest Pool Passes:
Guests may purchase Sponsored Guest Pool Passes, which include access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, the Fletcher Cardio Center, and scheduled children's activities throughout the Villages.
Tennis and pickleball courts are also available for use. (additional fee may apply)
Pool passes are NOT included in your stay and must be purchased separately. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club manages the distribution, fees, and operations of all amenities, which are subject to change without notice.

beautifully furnished and maintained Ocean Edge property perfect for families.

We spent a week at Ocean Edge and while businesses were about 50% open or at limited capacity we had a great time! The patio home was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 teenagers. The only suggested improvement is to dehumidify as it was humid/moist in the unit despite temperatures being in the 70s and low 80s.
