Lucaya Village Resort is located in a gated community . On site facilities include a outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, playground, outdoor grill, a small grocerie store for your convenience and free parking area.This property also has one of the top-rated locations in Kissimmee!
With four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, this home will accommodate up to 10 guests total . Three of the bedrooms are located upstairs, including one room with a king-size bed ,one room with two full beds and one room with two twin beds. There's also a Pack n' Play to accommodate a baby. Downstairs, there's a master suite with a king-size bed
When you enter the condo, an airy open living space will greet you. After a long day exploring the nearby theme parks and going on fun rides, you can sit back and relax on one of the comfy sofas and watch a show on the cable TV. You'll also have access to free WiFi so getting online and planning your next day's excursion is a breeze. A private washer/dryer makes laundry super easy and you won't have to worry about packing everyone's entire wardrobes.The living room is open to the kitchen and dining spaces. In the bright kitchen, you'll have all the essentials (including a dishwasher!) for prepping snacks or a nourishing breakfast before heading out for the day. Four bar stools provide casual seating at the breakfast bar, plus the stylish dining table will seat six for a relaxing meal together..
Our private pools can be heated upon request (U$40.00 per day, 3 day minimum, request at least within 48 hours in advance). Come have a cook out with our BBQ Grill (no extra charge to use the BBQ Grill, however the propane is not included). Please note, all extras or additional fees need to be paid prior to your arrival, without the payment, we won't honor the request.ROOMS CONFIGURATION:

We loved this place!! The house was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The property manager was very responsive which is always helpful and the location was perfect for us as it was close to the parks. Would definitely love to stay here again in the future!

Location - Great location. You can't beat this location in terms of proximity to Walt Disney World's parks. It felt closer and faster than the times we stayed at certain on-property resorts, eg. Coronado Springs, Port Orleans Riverside. The property is located very close to the intersection of Polynesian Isle Blvd and West Osceola Pkwy.
Neighborhood and safety - The neighborhood can be noisy at night. We heard automatic firearms twice in one night, which was alarming.
The accommodations could use some deep cleaning. There was a musty stench in the house during our trip. The sheets were pilled, so I'd suggest bringing your own sheets if you book here. The showers could use recaulking and bleaching, and appropriate length shower curtains.
I'd recommend this spot if you need a reasonably-priced place to crash in between long days at the parks. If you are looking for a resort-like experience, I wouldn't recommend this place for the reasons described above.
