The staff were friendly and great during our stay very comfortable beds to sleep on
I took a shower and during it they turned the water off, the next day our toilet had a leak and the bathroom was flooded. I told the housekeeping team about it and they cleaned it up. That night our bathroom was completely flooded and made its way in the bedroom and fixed and cleaned it. The best house keeping team and thank you for taking care of us

The location is good, the layout of the room is great, pool is great.
No hot water in the bathub and the shower.
Water in the bathroom blocked and flow outside.

Breakfast was great, i love the nasi goreng but the rest of menu is western food. So maybe they can make other option for the indonesian food? Hehe. Villa is very lovely, its clean (even the pool) and its very homey. It makes me prefer to stay in villa than going out because it has everything! Wifi is fast, there is also smart tv so i can watch netflix, towels smells flowery!
Need more clothes hanger in the closet also a place to hang used towels. Also put laundry price list on the room so we can put our laundry on the basket. Thank u!
