Ruim en goed uitgerust huis met een mooi zwembad, privé strand, en een keuken met alle gemakken, waaronder een Nespresso-machine. De woning heeft drie slaapkamers en een slaapkamer in de studio (met eigen badkamer en keuken). Deze ligt apart van het huis een verdieping lager. De host was erg vriendelijk en flexibel, waardoor we extra tijd kregen bij het in- en uitchecken. Een Spar-supermarkt net buiten het park maakte boodschappen doen erg makkelijk.

De trap naar de accommodatie was onhandig met bagage, in de kamer met de vier stapelbedden hing een vervelend lucht. Dit is op te lossen door water in het afvoerputje te doen.

The villa, built and furnished in a Mediterranean style, is in a great location and, in my opinion, offers excellent value for money in the Tossa De Mar area. Everything was clean, there was no dust even under the beds. The private swimming pool is huge, the water is warm, about 1.7-1.9 metres deep, suitable for swimming. The villa has a front and rear terrace. The bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned and the kitchen is fully equipped. Parking is available directly in front of the house, and a huge advantage is that the villa also has its own parking space directly on the beach. The beach is a mixture of pebbles, sand and rocks, with crystal clear water and water sports equipment available for hire. We didn't even need to use another beach during the week, it would have been unnecessary. It is a great advantage that the villa is located in a gated area, so public safety is excellent, and typically only the residents of the villa park and the beach are there. There are no street vendors, thieves or vagrants on the beach. This is almost unique in the area. The SPAR supermarket is located right at the gate, and the centre of Tossa De Mar is 5 minutes away, while the centre of LLoret De Mar is 10 minutes away by car. The owners are very helpful, and everything went according to plan. We only rent the villa with my family, but this was one of the best value for money places we have ever stayed at, I can only recommend it.
