Es ist ein historisches spanisches Haus mit viel Flair. Der Gastgeber war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, wurden zur Begrüßung in den Weinkeller eingeladen, ebenso fuhr er uns zum Busbahnhof. Auf alle Fragen gab es eine Antwort. Danke Manolo

A most warm welcome by Manolo, the owner, who spared no trouble to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Upon hearing we had not made a reservation at a particular restaurant, he immediately rang the establishment and booked us a table. He also invited us down into his wine cellar for a tasting of his very own vino. We had a great chat while sampling 😋 We will recommend Las Termas to any of our friends who might happen to visit the beautiful town of Guadix.
Not so much a "what we didn't like" but it seems that the address on Booking.com wrongly gives Avenida de Buenos Aires.

Atmospheric location and building. Very good bathroom. Pleasant staff when saw anyone.
Small, dark, noisy room from road outside. Small insubstantial bed. Dark common parts. No staff on site.
