We loved everything from the location the view the surrounding go to spots at night lots to choose from. But definitely a more summer getaway apartment then the start of winter. Absolute treat for children as our 2 youngest joined us for the weekend. Its a definite revisit in the near summer future.
The glass coffee table a definite no no. I hit my knees into it a couple of times, had to move it out of the way to the wall. Also the night insects.

The location was amazing and was easy to find. Easy check-in and check-out with lots of nice restaurants and cafés near by. The place was clean with nice linen and towels with a well equipped kitchen and lounge.
The water pressure drops drastically in the morning and so morning showers coultns really happen. There were also some cockroach in the kitchen but bug spray was provided.

it has great views! in a single spot you can see Robin island, table mountain, the city lights and you can hear the waves.
there were a few things that need fixing: in the block the elevator didn’t work the whole time we were there, the toaster tripped the electrical box, the shower doesn’t drain properly, some of the windows don’t open. some of the features listed about the property are communal thus not easily accessible or comfortable: Braai facilities are almost non existent, laundry facilities etc.
