Not recommended. Unethical and Rude host.
I would like to discourage everyone to stay this place. Not because there are better options and location available in nearby village but because of the behaviour of the hosting company. There were a hidden charges of 290Euro that was disclosed only after I made the booking. Please note that there's already a 234Euros of bed-linen charges which was mentioned in my booking but the 290Euros of cleaning charges is insane and was hidden until I get checkin information. I called hosting company and asked them that 290Euros are unknown for me and I do not want to pay that and want to cancel my booking. But they are so rude they said no to free-cancelation of the property. I was asked to give extra 290Euros or loose the room-charges. This is unacceptable. The host also do not accept payment by card, I wasn't carrying so much of cash so I requested that I will pay the cash tomorrow, but the person did not accept that. I was forced to go to a cash machine and get the cash, until then the person doing checkin did not even left the property. I would suggest to go to a polite and ethical host than visiting this property.

Nie wieder.
Wir hatten eine Übernachtung vom 19. auf den 20.06. für 3 Personen im Austrian chalet in Bramberg gebucht. Laut Informationen von booking sollte der Endpreis für eine Übernachtung 271,75€ betragen. Darin enthalten war eine Anzahlung von 177,25€ sowie ein Vorort zu bezahlender Betrag für Tourismusabgabe und Bettwäsche für 3 Personen in Höhe von 94,40€. Nach Abschluss der Buchung erhielt ich eine Nachricht, das zusätzlich 250€ Reinigungsgebühr vor Ort zu erstatten sind. Da dies weder der Buchungsvereinbarung, noch der EU-Preisangabenverordnung entsprach, bat ich um entsprechende Korrektur, oder Stornierung der Buchung. Trotz mehrfacher Anfragen war es weder im Vorfeld noch vor Ort möglich eine Einigung zu finden. Wir waren daher gezwungen uns eine alternative Übernachtungsmöglichkeit zu suchen. Weder der Kundenservice von booking, noch von paypal waren bei der Klärung eine Hilfe. Die Anzahlung wurde nicht erstattet.
