A minimal investment would greatly improve the accommodation.
For a few days, it is not bad for the price, outside the high season because it is very dense urbanization in relation to the pool size. The pool has excellent daily maintenance and cleaning.
There are no mosquito nets on the windows at all and it was not possible to leave the windows open, the shower is extremely small may be put out the shower curtain since it is impossible to use it. One of the shutters don't work well and it is not possible to open it completely. it is quite depressing how abandoned the entrance of the apartment is, the small garden

No microwave owen, dishwasher would be great, in the kitchen, knife was very dull, no ladle/dipper for soup or sauce. Two window shades defect, two light bulbs broken.

Good location, swimming pool, air condition.
Toilet Was in really bad condition. Often we didn't have hot water. Morover kitchen wasn't full euquiped.

Nagyszerű a medence, amely 9-12óráig, utánna 15:30-20óráig van nyitva. A szállás célnak megfelel, ha valaki nem luxus szállodát vár. A parkoló nagyon szűkös, egy kombi autóval rutinos sofőr is nehezen parkol be, bár láttam nagyobb helyeket is, de a mi szobánkhoz ez járt. A part gyalog kb 10perc, autóval közel van, de akkor parkolást kell fizetni. Összességében remek volt, bármikor vissza mennénk. A közelben lévő állatkertet mindenképpen érdemes meglátogatni a családdal!
-Nincs fűtés és klíma, jó időben ez nem probléma, ettől még kellemes idő volt a házban! -tisztító szereket és eszközöket nem találni, de nem is erre való a nyaralás, közel vannak a boltok egyébként! -alapáron nem tartalmaz parkoló kártyát a tengerparton történő parkoláshoz és napernyő/napozó ágy használati jogot, ez felára dolog lehet, ennek ellenére mindenkinek ajánlom!

Poměr cena-kvalita super. Nejsme nároční, pouze na čistotu. Takze za me v poradku (az na lednici)
Ubytování super, každý svou zahrádku s terasou. Moc pěkné prostředí. Bazén super, koupelna hezká, to cením.
Vybavení nedostatečné, žádné hrníčky, jen snad 5 skleniček. Pouze totální základ. Zajimálo by mě teda, jak probíhá úklid po hostech. Jestli alespoň prostěradlo vyperou a záchod uklidí?.?.Úklid byl totiž také za poplatek. A velké minus za lednici, ktera výrazně zapáchala po celé kuchyni, když jsme ji otevřeli :D díky bohu, že jsme měli vlastní malou přenosnou. Cely pobyt jsme měli vse ve sve. Také jsme nenašli kontejner na odpadky.

La posizione e il residence di cui fa parte, parti comuni pulite e con tanto verde
L'appartamento in se non era male ma il servizio completamente assente, al nostro arrivo il contatore della luce era ancora staccato di conseguenza anche lo scaldabagno, avendo fretta abbiamo dovuto farci la doccia con l'acqua fredda, penso che dal momento che ho le chiavi deve esserci già la disponibilità dell'acqua calda! Niente phon per asciugare i capelli, forse non era compreso ma è la prima volta che vado in un'appartamento e non trovo il phon, almeno potrebbero segnalarlo come fanno per la biancheria! E neanche un rotolo di carta igienica noni aspettavo il kit di ben venuto ma almeno un rotolo di carta igienica per le prime necessità!
