Villa Esma

The location of the villa is very good. You can get to the nearest public beach in 10-12 minutes by foot (or in 3 minutes by car). The town of Bagazkent (where the villa is located) is kind of quiet resort place with no entertainment at all. The main square is 15 mins away (by foot) from the villa. There are 3 supermarkets and 5-6 restaurants on the square. And nothing more. The villa has very good kitchen with all neccessary equipment, Air conditioners work very well. Beds are comfy. Barbeque works well, we have used it several times. The owner representative (Aslan) was very helpful and reacted fast to our requests. We did not use the pool, so cannot comment it.

The blackouts in the top floor bedroom are missing. If you are sensitive to the light this bedroom is not for you. Two other bedrooms have very good louvres, so no problems with blackouts. The terrace is quite small for 6 people, but it is very comfortable in the evening. Be aware of energy consumption limits. We used fridge, dishwasher regularly, air conditioning in the bedrooms only at night, oven several times. We exceeded 7KW/day limit easily. But electrucity is cheap, so we did not pay a lot for that.

Nothing special.

Electricity you need to pay separately, we were trying not to use the air conditioner in any room to not to exceed the limit. For a short term rent it is not worth this extra calculations. It was hot in rooms. There is a camera watching you all the time, the property not mentioned that in the description. It’s not ok for security reasons of the guest as we don’t know who’s watching us.
