Quiet flat. Great location.
The property managers could communicate better. They didn't reply when I tried to contact them 48hrs and 24hrs before my arrival. This was quite stressful, as I was coming from another country and didn't know if I would have somewhere to stay. (It ended up being ok, and I got the information I needed a few hours before my arrival. If this is how their checkin works, that's fine, but - again - they gave no heads up at all. They should do a better job communicating their arrival policy (or else answer texts/emails!)).

The location was very nice and my host was easy to communicate with and a very nice person.
The things that were an issue, I brought up and they got fixed.

location, easy check in and check out, the room was clean
the furniture and bedding are quite worn out, the door to the toilet/bathroom couldn’t close
