We were there for a concert at the Alamodome. We were able to walk there and saved $60 stadium parking fee.
At first sight the location looks "rough". And although no place is really100% "safe", the fencing provides safety and security for your vehicle and the property. It was a big plus for us.

Very cute apartment. Neighborhood was okay...close to Fort Sam. Comfy bed, nice linens, kitchen was adequately supplied, surprisingly quiet! Covered parking was great too.
No instructions for the Nest thermostat. Too much cat poop in the parking spaces. A little below my cleaning standards.

The house was clean and nice and met our needs. It was close to many restaurants and close to downtown. The host was helpful and provided a thorough notebook with all the details we needed for a nice stay.
The neighborhood around the house was a little rough. The couch could be a little bigger, nicer, and more comfortable for movie watching. There were a few issues with trying to park because cars (of neighbors) were blocking the alley way when we needed to leave or come back a few times, but our hostess helped us with that.

It’s near downtown
The pillow cause me allergic. Hard to contact the owner, didn’t mention it’s a shared property with other guest. Apartment B is on second floor
