I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Fantastic Villa in Athens, and it was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we arrived, this stunning property exceeded every expectation. Nestled just 1.1 km from Akti tou Iliou Beach and a quick 5-minute drive from the coast, the location strikes the perfect balance between serene retreat and easy access to the vibrant Athenian Riviera. The villa’s proximity to Edem Beach (2.9 km) and Flisvos Marina (5.5 km) made it easy to explore the area. Even the drive to Eleftherios Venizelos Airport (36 km) was a breeze, making this an ideal base for both short getaways and longer stays. The villa itself is a mid-century masterpiece of comfort and style.
The terrace and balcony were absolute highlights, offering panoramic vistas that made every sunrise and sunset unforgettable. We spent hours lounging there, soaking in the tranquility and breathing in the fresh air. The garden, too, was a lovely touch—a peaceful oasis where we could relax.

The villa is beautiful and very comfortable. The hosts are really nice and helpful. The rooms are spacious and the furniture and decor are very homely. Supermarkets are near by and everything is at hand to make it a home for a short stay.
The location is a challenge if you're not driving or taking taxis everywhere. Major public transport links are a bus ride away, and the buses are not that frequent. Local beaches are private and extortionate. They cost nearly 35 euros for a family of four.

We had a great stay combining work and holidays. At the house we had everything we needed including crib and high chair for our baby. In fact there is a great children's room where a child can play. More over the house was fully decorated for the New year which was a pleasant surprise for us and made the holiday mood for all the stay. The host is a significantly hospitable and attentive woman. She even prepared some New year treats for us and for the baby.
