Casa bem localizada. Lugar tranquilo. Cozinha completa, sofá bom, tv tem tudo, boa segurança.
Banheiro muito pequeno, coma pequena e travesseiro ruim. Qdo chove entra chuva e a sala fica tica toda molhada. Sem ar condicionado, os ventiladores não dão conta. Qdo está quente, fica insuportável.

Sem café da manhã, porém tem uma cozinha que não falta nada para fazer um lanche e café. Alias nos ofereceu um café, muito prestativo.. Tanto a sala, banheiro e quarto muito limpo. bem confortável
Não gostei dos impostos cobrados. Acaba sendo mais que a estadia
