We were lucky enough to be upgraded to the honeymoon suite. The room was huge. Comfortable. Loved the view and the fire. On site staff were amazing. Great communication before arrival and tips on what to do in the area. Secure parking.
Water went freezing cold during a shower.

Location was perfect. Wendy upgraded us (very kindly) to the honeymoon suite! Amazing room, fabulous view, neat and clean. The two cup cakes were a winner! Thank you!

Space
That i booked a garden room for specifically 2 dogs, and then when the previous guests extended their stay, even though i said i need the garden, they still moved my room to a room with no garden.
