La amplitud del apartamento, la limpieza y la ubicación

Con el calor, había muchos mosquitos durante la noche.

Apartamento A de la 2ª planta. La ubicación muy buena, a 5 minutos andando hasta la Plaza Mayor. Con ascensor. La cama y las almohadas excelentes (firmes). Zona sin ruido. Posibilidad de aparcar en calles paralelas hacia el río.

La falta de iluminación eléctrica sobre todo en el salón: no se puede leer un folleto (algo tan sencillo de solucionar como reponer las lámparas fundidas y de la potencia adecuada). No tiene radiador ni calefactor en el cuarto de baño (cuando hemos ido no eran días fríos, pero aun así se echaba en falta). No son cosas demasiado importantes, pero hay que tenerlas en cuenta.

Me encantó la facilidad que da la persona que gestiona la reserva y la ubicación. Las instalaciones genial y muy cómodo. Sin duda repetiré.

I have stayed at many apartments over the past 15 years and this one left a lot to be desired. First let me explain that the reason I stay at an apartment rather than a hotel is because we have a dog. It's difficult to find restaurants that take them so we buy food and make it and eat there. We brought food for the first day because the shops we closed for New Year's Day. The basics were all missing, no napkins, tablecloth, salt, colander, etc. There was only 1 garbage bag, 2 sachets of shower gel, 1 and a half rolls of toilet paper. No coffee or sugar. No way to recycle. The owner never came to meet us or explain anything. It was all done through WhatsApp. The keys were in a locker. The heaters were controlled by the owner and were constantly cold and having to ask for her to raise the temp. I honestly felt like I was begging. I must admit that she was always nice about it and left us more toilet paper and garbage bags, but honestly, I have never had this experience before and do not wish to repeat it.
