Excellent value and location. Clean, warm, cosy. Good facilities like wifi, tv, tea/coffee, plenty of clean towels, drinking water, shower gel etc. The staff were helpful and pleasant.
Walls are thin so a bit noisy when others come through to go to other rooms/apartment upstairs. There was construction also taking place (off season) so a tad noisy.

Super convenient clean room with everything you need for a night's stay at super low cost.
Right in middle of town. Paid carpark (free after 6pm-8am) directly across the road.
Breakfast in pub was good.
The budget room is exactly that, its super small and basic but clean and comfy.
Wifi kept dropping.
Nowhere for suitcase and just hangers on back of door for clothes. The room is tiny!

The private entrance was great. The room was clean and the perfect size for a couple to spend a few nights in. The restaurant down stairs was very good.
My husband was too tall for the bed. lol other than that I do not have anything bad to say about this stay.

Location was excellent and convenient! Right in the center of town across from the pier. Restaurant/Pub downstairs. Rooms were clean and secure, and more quiet than anticipated, though it was a weeknight. Lucky to find these accommodations last minute! Phillip (I believe was his name), showed us to the rooms and helped us get settled. Very friendly and helpful.
Shower was quite small. Bed, not the most comfortable. Some noise from the upstairs bar (doors opening/closing), but could've been worse! Smell of seafood permeated the room!

The pub restaurant downstairs was quite good for both breakfast and dinner, although a bit slow for dinner because it was very busy. Staff was very helpful, helping us find and get into our room, and showing us how secure it was. Just great! Location was perfect, right on the waterfront and walkable to everywhere we wanted to go
A slightly larger room 😊, but we knew it would be small when we rented. It was fine for what we needed. BTW, thanks for the face washcloths! I didn't think we had any in any of the places we stayed in Scotland or Ireland!

Had I known it was directly over a pub I would not have booked, very noisy, shower only warm and weak, had to fill the kettle using one glass at a time as it wouldn't fit under the bathroom tap, no new towels each day ,no staff to contact

The location is unbeatable and the value is excellent. Dingle is incredible, so having a room right across from the pier and near pubs was excellent. Very convenient for a morning walk along the water and early boat tour as well as evening dining and pubs. Also made for an excellent start/end for the Slea Head Drive which we highly recommend. The process for checking in at the pub was easy and the staff walked us up to the room and showed us how to use the keys. The room was clean and met our needs of having a convenient place to sleep.
As advertised, this room is tiny. Enough room for the bed, a small bathroom and not much else. Having more space to lay out clothes and toiletries would have been nice, but we booked the room knowing space would be limited. We also stayed in the larger double room; highly recommend that upgrade if it is available and you are looking for additional space. My partner found the bed a bit uncomfortable but I did not have an issue with it.

Location.
Noisy, smelly, smelly, stuffy, very small.
4.0 / 10.0
The location was excellent and there was parking across the road
We were confused trying to find the place as it was not stated that you had to call into the pub to collect the keys. The room was exceptionally small and there were eight air conditioning units right outside the window making considerable noise. It ended around 12 mid night be started up again at 7 in the morning. Also the stairs and hallway leading to the room were dirty.

Staff really nice and welcoming. Perfect location in the center of Dingle. Bed really comfy. Lovely pub with nice food underneath and lovely staff
The room was a little on the smaller side but perfect for a solo traveler.

The room was very nice and clean and centrally located.
Too much noise from refrigeration system from the bar below.

The room was ideal for what we needed for our last minute one night stay, it may not be ideal for a longer stay but that was the budget room
I didn’t dislike anything it was ideal for us

This was a perfect place & great location for our stay in Dingle. We were close to shops and restaurants, & enjoyed walking the town.
Also, the staff were great & helpful!
The room was smaller than we're accustomed to, but we expected that from the description. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

It is in a beautiful setting, off the main road, room is a good size and well appointed and overlooks a large garden with a river running past the bottom of the property, you can fish here if wanted.
The pillows are all too hard for our liking.

Great location. Very quiet even though right in pub.
Television did not work as well as we wanted. Also too tiny for room.
8.0 / 10.0
We got a warm welcome and quick intro to our room as well as how to get to the rooms which was at the side of the building, we were happy with that because we didn't have to go through the bar to get to the rooms. The location was perfect - it's central dingle, everything is walking distance. It's basic but the price matches.
We got plenty of towels, the shower was good and everything was spotless clean.
The bed was acceptable but it could have been a bit more comfortable. We were in room 2 and there is a bit of noise from the AC units but we still slept fine.

Needs coffee maker

The room was spacious and clean
The bed, pillows and bedclothes were of poor quality for a guest accommodation.

It was clean and warm when we got there at night
The shower only goes just warm, if you’re looking for a hot shower it won’t happen. 8:15 am we had a man screaming and shouting for someone called Sean, at 8:15 we had the workers with the drill, not the best when you’re looking for a hot shower and a rest and about the see view it also won’t happen… I’ll post the windows views and you’ll see what we’ve seen! But apart that it was clean and smell new and fresh but we won’t be back to this one ever again.

Location
It was very overpriced. IKEA furniture, shower didn’t work properly, no proper wardrobe. . .
9.0 / 10.0
Clean room, modern bathrooms. Property is centrally located, and very quiet, despite being above a restaurant; if you have a car a large public parking is just accross the street.
Absolutely no view from the windows, they’re overlooking a rooftop with multiple
air conditioning units.

The room is overlooking the back of the pub facing the bins and through the day and night there is the running sound of the air ventilation of the kitchen just below

Location only
Air con units outside room on between 6.30am-11pm, no chance of sleep during these hours!
No wardrobe or draws, lived out of suitcase for 4 days!
Uncomfortable squeaky bed!
Bedside table that rocked side to side but had to plug in kettle with only plug socket available, very unsafe and a hazard with making hot drinks, toiletries and towels not replenished during stay, bins not emptied, overall very disappointing stay, everyone should avoid this budget room, we couldn’t wait to leave, shame to travel from so far and have such a noisy unpleasant room and deprived of sleep!

Located right on the waterfront.
Easy walking distance to anywhere in the town.
Public parking lot across the street.
Nice clean room, comfortable bed.
Surprised at how quiet it was, considering the close proximity to the pub and street.

The location was the only thing Pier House had going for it. Considering I've given other economy-priced Irish B&B's 9's and 10's in scores, this isn't a commentary I make lightly.
It was advertised as Pier House Room 1. We got given room 2 which was around the rear of the pub with all the hotel's air-conditioning units running right outside our window- so it was like trying to sleep in a truck stop. The hostess was dismissive at best, both in check-in and departure, the room was tiny, and the mattress and bed were so old it squeaked like a bad porno just climbing in and out. The sheets and towels were old and threadbare. In fact, it was so crook it became funny - like Fawlty Towers.
