Location is great. Near the city center, not loud.
The appartement itself was nice.
We had an issue with taking the keys but support team reacted fast and it was solved. So suppprt team is great.
First problem was to find a property as outside there is no signs that it’s there. It’s normal appartement and even near the door bell there was nothing like property name or something like that. So even when we got in the building we still had doubts.
Second point is cleaning. Could be better. There was someone’s underwear on the floor. It was in the corner not really noticeable but still it’s not nice to find something like this.
But as I said support team is really helpful, and they solve issues fast. So probably this moments also will be improved in time.
In general it is a great city to visit, so I wish all the next travellers have a good stay

The Property is in a very good location, just a few steps away from the city center. Although it is located in a very busy surrounding, the street is very calm and quiet. The apartment is well equipped and very stylish. Some better iron, hair dryer and kettle would be really nice to have, since those we found in place are some cheap and weak ones.
The communication with the property was fluently and prompt. Since we had some difficulties at our arrival, we contacted them per Booking messenger and had a great response. Many thanks for that.
Cleanness needs some improvement.
There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, but not even one tablet for washing. The package cost just a few euros and it would be a big plus to have 2 tablets for one stay or so. Not a big thing for property, but a huge thing for guests.

- good location (bus stop and grocery store nearby)
- you need to climb a lot of stairs to get to the property
- the alley the property is situated in is very dark, you have to leave the light on all day, otherwise it’s too dark
- no descriptions on how to use the stove, dishwasher, etc. or separate the trash
- no covers for the blanket
- no real oven, only a microwave
- the kitchen isn’t well equipped

Nice, clean, fully equipped, in city center.
Location - be advised, a lot of stairs need to be climbed to reach the property. Can be a little difficult for some people.
