I don't believe that the actual rating (8.8) is a valid. The house was full of ants. They were everywhere, seems they are living somewhere inside the house. When we tried to prepare a food - it was full of ants after a 5 minutes. And the owner first suggested to show another building, claiming that this was by accident, but then changed her opinion and just sent a cleaning lady. They told us that ants is ok, because... !!! (I don't remember exact reason, but I can agree that some ants can accidentally come into the building, but in our case ants were everywhere) I suspect that they even didn't do any cleaning before our arrivals: there are dirties near the wall (I added photo to my review; also you can check photo on google maps). Also, we took our cat with us - she ran under the sofa one time and collected a lot of dusts. We run out of this building after 1 day and of course owner didn't refund us anything. The microwave oven also doesn't work properly - it doesn't rotated at all (seems the plate was from a different oven and just didn't fit well). Added: As you see from the owner's answer "We also offer you to change villa with another one without extra charge, but we did not have the response" - this is a lie. I told them - "Yes". And then they sent a cleaning lady to the house instead of showing a new house. You can read above that I already wrote about it and now owner says that we didn't respond - this is just a lie. This information exists also in our conversation with booking.com support.

Literie vétuste Le logement était sale , trou au sol et au mur Fenêtres qui ne ferme pas .... odeur persistante dans le logement Porte qui ne ferme pas .... bruyant Aucune intimité dans le petit jardin .... nous ne reviendrons pas ....

Pobyt był przyjemny dzięki świetnej lokalizacji, choć domek wymaga odświeżenia, lepszego wyposażenia

Villaggio Azzurro - Ville to świetnie położone miejsce – bardzo blisko do przepięknej, szerokiej piaszczystej plaży i centrum, więc lokalizacja zdecydowanie na plus. Sam domek jest całkiem przyjemny, ma swój urok, a dodatkowym atutem jest możliwość zrobienia grilla, co bardzo nam się podobało. W sezonie jest czynny super basen. Bardzo miła obsługa, nie było problemu ze wcześniejszym zameldowaniem (mieliśmy bez opłaty). Blisko sklep (market) oraz bezpłatny parking - zdecydowanie na plus.

Niestety, domek ma już swoje lata i to widać – i czuć. Po wejściu do środka unosił się nieprzyjemny zapach stęchlizny. Trzeba mocno przewietrzyć cały domek. Może dlatego że dawno w nim nikt nie mieszkał (byliśmy w maju-przed sezonem). Standard wyposażenia również pozostawia sporo do życzenia – brakowało podstawowych rzeczy, które naszym zdaniem powinny być zapewnione: papier toaletowy, mydło, worki na śmieci, płyn do mycia naczyń, gąbka do naczyń. Takie minimum ułatwia pobyt i raczej powinno być na wyposażeniu domku. Co do grilla – jest taka możliwość, ale trzeba uważać. Obsługa poinformowała nas wcześniej, że trzeba mieć własny węgiel drzewny, ale nie wspomniano, że na miejscu... brakuje rusztu. Bez tego grillowanie raczej odpada, chyba że ktoś przywiezie cały sprzęt. Warto też dokładnie przeczytać opis przed rezerwacją – ręczniki i pościel są dodatkowo płatne, podobnie jak sprzątanie końcowe, które kosztuje 40 euro. To są rzeczy, które powinny być lepiej i wyraźniej podkreślone w ofercie.

La posizione, il parcheggio, il giardino ampio e comodo, barbecue, la pulizia della casa.

L'arredamento è un pò datato, le porte tra una camera e l'altra non si chiudono bene, il boiler elettrico limita l'uso di acqua calda negli appartamenti con due camere da letto e un bagno. Per un weekend lungo comunque va bene, c'è quello che serve.
