Been upgraded and new beds and furniture were so comfy

Tbh just small things to improve on Not told about fob getting in to the gate thankfully someone coming in showed us but could of been huge issues if knew one was about Just did look like fob No welcome pack with water Iv never stayed in self catering where you done get atlease bottles water Could of done bedding and towels changed as we were there over week No info file which I found odd and no cleaning products to keep the home clean while we were there as I do love to keep every where tip top like it’s my own home Luckily we know Nerja really well so not issue for us

Close to city and beach. Pool was great. Apartment nice.

Washing machine didn’t work.

The positives about this house are the perfect location, close to the beaches and the old town, and its setting in spacious well maintained gardens. The good heating system is a benefit in winter.

The house lacks basic instructions eg we could not access the internet for four days because the instructions were incorrect. Similarly we had to find the switches to work the heating/aircon system.More significantly we had a power cut for several hours extending into the evening , a not infrequent occurrence according to residents, and there were no emergency supplies - torches and candles which we ended up buying ourselves. The beds are old fashioned and uncomfortable. The agent was slow to respond to communications .
