My family enjoyed staying at the property.....everything was arranged meticulously....The owner had provided all the details, in very specified manner...He was just a phone call away for any help and suggestion....It was a fantastic stay...I would definitely recommend.....

Felt like home

The first floor flat is well planned with spacious rooms and spaces The kitchen and toiletries were well stocked with prices mentioned if one wants to buy and consume - fruits biscuits tea with ginger Tulsi and lemongrass. The host also provided detailed instructions for reaching and use of room facilities and was prompt in response. The host organized food as well on request and pay. The place was neat and spic and span and pet friendly which was helpful for us .... but...

When we reached there we got a shock of our lives cause we came dreaming of a terrace garden and open spaces but the flat didn't have that. On enquiring with host we found out we had booked the 2 bhk which doesn't have the garden and is on 1st floor. On further discovery we realized since we searched for 3 people booking.com only showed this option. So if u want the penthouse with terrace search for 2 people though host said it can house 8 pax and go for that in 6th floor. The rooms smelt musty and it was overpowering. The room we slept in had it more and the walls next to windows did have black spots maybe of damp.  The sofa in drawing room was run down. We were woken rudely at 3 am bitten by mosquitoes though the host had given us all out and that after 6 hour drive! We cldnt go back to sleep again properly. Later we realised there are tiny red ants that climb up whether u r in the loo or sitting in the drawing room. Dunno if that bit us!:( carry odomos and lotion....) I read a review that says the place needs pest control and I agree. Unless all flats in the building are like that. The parking is a bit tricky and the building itself rundown though the flat is ok. We had mixed feelings cause it's a well thought out place with provisions and not a bad choice but slightly difficult to spend more than a night in in the current Condition
