Property owner greeted us at the gate and showed around and explained everything. Very straight forward. Property is located on the same land that owner lives at his other house, but there is enough privacy. Private driveway and parking for your car, safe location with remote controlled gate. Overall nice location, easy access to Riga and seaside. House is spacious if you are traveling with children, also house has everything that you need to cook your own meal.
The downside is that you don't have that 100% privacy if you would have the whole land for yourself. Other small inconvenience was that we were trying to dry our clothing inside while we had few rainy days and it took a while, for some reason it never got dry properly, but rather than that all good.

Also the host and his wife are really really friendly and helpful. Our son got caught a cold and the host gave us medicine and some herbal tea, really greatful for that!

Very nice and cozy place. Close to Riga attractions. Also the homeowners have a really friendly dog :)
