About this apartment rental
Lovely 1 bedroom ground floor apartment sleeps up to 4, situated within a 2006 private condominium. The apartment is set in a peaceful location, yet only a 5 minute walk into Olhos d’Agua, offering shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. For a livelier evening “The Strip” in Albufeira is a 5 minute taxi ride. The condominium provides a large swimming pool, children’s pool and tennis courts set in landscaped gardens. Car not necessary. The apt comprises of:Bedroom with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning/heating, and patio door leading to the private terrace and garden. The beautifully tiled bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC, bidet and wash basin. Separate fully fitted and equipped kitchen consisting of oven and hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and toaster. All utensils, crockery etc are included. The lounge/dining room has a large sofa bed, TV , and a dining table with 4 chairs. Private parking.

ZOO MARINE: A fascinating entertaining and educational oceanographic facility taking its theme from the links the Algarve has with the sea. Bring your family and enjoy a wonderful day watching dolphins, seals, sharks, turtles, exotic birds, sea birds, alligators and tropical fish. Zoomarine has various exhibitions and shows of an exceptionally high standard throughout the day, and the park has all the amenities you need for a happy family outing: restaurants, shops, amusements and swimming pools.

We have stayed at this wonderful property 2 years running, for 3 months each time [April-July]. We got to know the area so well and we felt so happy there. The well cared for urbanisation is very well situated, set back from the busy part of Olhos de Agua and so very quiet and peaceful, but only a 5 minute walk to bars, cafes and restaurants. Restaurants with €16 menu for 4 courses + half a bottle of wine! [really good quality food]. Half an hour walk into the busy town of Albufeira or only a 10 minute Uber ride [€6-€8]. 3 fabulous beaches within 10-15 minute walking distance. The apartment balcony overlooks a beautiful wooded area with all types of birds, so lots of birdsong to enjoy [including owls]. This place has it all and I’m sure you’ll love staying there.

Excellent position for us. Ground floor. Sunny available till around 11 to 12 noon. This is applicable to our October visit.
Excellent facilities. Looks like a new Washing machine. All other facilities work very well. Excellent ..crockery, cutlery and saucepans.
Although plenty of eateries and small supermarkets within reach, we had a car, but of course this is a personal choice. Bus service short walk away. Albufeira its self…bus or taxi ride away..a little too far for us to walk due to our age. Ubers a call away.
We enjoyed our stay immensely and would have no hesitation in recommending this Apartment. We would have no hesitation in booking again. Joan is extremely helpful and only a phone call or email away with prompt attention

This property is in a lovely quiet spot close to amenities and within a short distance from the resorts centre. Albufiera is a five minute drive or taxi ride away and has all that anyone would require. This was a return visit for us and we will be looking to stay again in 2024. Thanks Joan for a well equipped apartment in a great location

You will love this apartment - it is not situated facing the pool, so it is not overlooked, quiet and peaceful [lots of birdsong].
The large balcony means that it can be accessed from the lounge, kitchen and bedroom.
3 minutes walk from the main road where all of the cafe’s, restaurants and supermarket are situated.
10 minutes walk from 2 beautiful beaches and 20 minutes walk from 2 more stunning beaches [all with great beach bars].
Bus service into Albufeira or Vilamoura only 10 minutes walk away [a bit sporadic] - getting an Uber is just as cheap and this apartment is so well situated that an Uber is always available within a maximum of 10 minutes away.
You can walk into Albufeira from here [it will take you about 3 quarters of an hour] but it will only cost you 6-8 euros for an Uber there.
Everything you need is here in this apartment for a great stay, English channels on the TV are a bonus.
We have booked again for next year, we loved our stay so much.
