    Pros: For a room overlooking the water point, Greenfire is a great value for money stay, the room is spacious, well maintained and has beautiful views. They provided me with a hairdryer despite advising me, when I contacted them initially, that they didn’t have one. Bedding was comfortable. There was turn down service every evening. Victor our driver & guide was fabulous, he’s jolly, funny and so skilled at what he does, he can drive & track at the same time whereas all other resorts seem to need a tracker. Cons: the rain shower was terrible (at least for me as a lady), only a few of the jets was dispensing water and they were going in various dispersed directions, making it really hard for me to wash my hair quickly. Food was a tad salty and the restaurant staff (don’t get me wrong, they are polite and friendly) always seem to be in a rush to clear your plates. WiFi is only available in lobby and it’s really slow / patchy so don’t expect to be able to get any vids uploaded on social media. Some things to note: they do not have kettle in the room, if you wish to refill your water bottle you will have to walk to the lobby to get it filled. There is data reception nor WiFi in the rooms.
