Forest Camping Resort Blaguš

The lake house was the perfect getaway—quiet and incredibly relaxing. The house was well-kept, with cozy interiors, floor heating and large windows that offered beautiful views of the nature. We loved spending time on the deck, enjoying the fresh air and peaceful surroundings. The food was fresh and delicious, and staff was so friendly and welcoming 😊

The staff was very friendly, especially the young girl at the reception (unfortunately, I didn’t ask for her name). The cabin was clean, in a great location, and peaceful. You have access to a SUP board, canoe, and electric bikes for rent. There's also a small sauna for two people between the cabins. Breakfast is excellent (the only thing missing was some fruit and vegetables). You access the showers with a chip attached to the key (in one room, there is a sink, toilet, and shower). By the lake, there are docks with stairs into the water and sun loungers. I recommend it 😇 I also received a bottle of wine from them when they noticed it was my birthday from my ID.

I don’t have much to add here, just that there is a restaurant on site with a limited food selection. Otherwise, you’ll need a car to get to the nearest other restaurant or shop.

Location was nice. Architecture of accommodation was nice.

We were there with our mid sized dog. Our dog did not fit into the (small) wooden tent. So our dog had to sleep and stay outside during our stay. When we checked out we were charged a full rate of 15 EUR per night for the dog. I told the nice reception lady that the dog could not sleep in the wooden tent because of the small size of the tent and thus had to sleep outside. She then called het boss. Her boss offered us 5% discount for the inconvenience (that would be 1,5 EUR). I politely refused the discount because it rather felt like an insult. We left the premises with a disappointed feeling. I could understand that a dog fee of 15 EUR would apply in the bigger glass houses that are part of the resort but for the small wooden tents the fee is ridiculous.
