The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this flat for rent in Toulouse. It's in a lovely, quiet location with parking, near the Patte d'Oie metro station (line A), and not far from the Clinique Pasteur and the Zénith. Located on the 2nd floor, this 42 m² apartment can accommodate up to 2 people and comprises a lounge, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room, a separate toilet and a parking space. Shared swimming pool. Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee machine, etc.

- A shower room with shower, washbasin, mirror and drawers
- Separate WC
- Balcony with table and chairs
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: hairdryer, washing machine, etc.
The flat is ideally located in Toulouse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking space.

- Nearest train station: Toulouse train station, about 19 minutes by car (6 km).

Le Patte d'Oie Really nice flat and exactly as shown in the pictures. The property manager was really nice and helpful and even let allowed an early check-in as in flight came in early. Definitely would recommend!
