Ferienhaus Le Château

The location of the house was ideal, having the bar around the corner was brilliant .The size of the house would have been excellent for six people ,but unfortunately, there were only 2 people in our party .

We arrived approximately an hour and a half late at the house,I had not been sent a code to enter the house, so we had to contact the owner in Germany ,who gave us the contact number in Armissan......but no reply so we contacted the owner again....who provided me with the code....it was quite stressful The microwave was broken, and we slept on the ground floor. The bed was too low to the ground ,it was very difficult to get in and out of bed I had many mosquito bites , maybe window screens would have helped,or a spray On arrival at the house ,I looked around to find an unlocked room at the very top with two beds which had obviously been slept in !!This made me very nervous ,thinking people were staying in the house all ready ....

Alles was fijn

Nice size and well equipped. It’s a beautiful house.

The advertised hot tub had been removed. This was very disappointing, as having an outdoor body of water was one of the decisive factors when we decided to rent this property. The balcony was also very dirty. The property was generally not very clean. Walking on the floors barefoot was not a good idea - they clearly hadn’t been mopped in a long while. The first floor’s wash basin was mouldy. Once removed, the mould kept growing back. It needs treatment! The whole property needs a thorough spring clean.
