It’s near to Anjuna beach. It can be reached by public as well as private transport. There are shops and restaurants nearby at a walking distance of 1km. The host Guru is superb. He guided us around and also fixed AC issue immediately.
There’s no separate arrangement for the driver.

Staff were nice and friendly and location is great too.
Room we booked wasn’t clean. Walls were mouldy and the jet spray didn’t work and they didn’t fix it even after asking multiple times. Asked for other amenities that we didn’t receive.
