The location, the attentiveness of the staff, the place is comfortable and clean.
Everything is fine with the property, no complaints. The only minor issue would be better lighting in the bathroom and a bigger mirror.

This is a great stay in Lisbon, the neighborhood is cozy and quiet but pretty central, the bed was so comfortable, the owners are easy to talk to. Fully recommend!

Once I realized that the staff was contacting me on WhatsApp under the name Intendente, I was able to accept their invitation and received all of my check-in information in a very clear manner from them. The apartment was clean and they asked if I wanted cleaning during my stay, which I did not need. Their response time on WhatsApp was extremely prompt.
The apartment was not fresh, bright and decorated with green plants as shown in the photos. It was well worn, the electrical panel cover fell off a couple times, the shade in the bathroom was broken, no place to hang up clothing ( closet or rack), and the outdoor gate lock was broken. The air was musty and I had problems with congestion at night, but my congestion cleared each day when we left the apartment. The kitchen is very minimally stocked. We were given just two coffee pods for a four-night stay.
