The location right next to a winery and walking distance to an Indian restaurant and 1km to IGA

Nothing I didn't like just maybe some more dusting in some places

Location was fantastic. So close to all amenities and the hosts gave amazing information on local spots and things to do and see.

It was very tired and as with previous comments, the smell of mould/damp hits you when you walk in. They were airing it by leaving everything open but even then it was still strong (which I’d imagine comes with the territory when living in the rainforest but a good air conditioning/air purifier would fix it up). The couches/chairs in the lounge and cushions etc hadn’t been cleaned in some time as they smelt really bad and felt damp (everything felt damp including my clothes after we left) We were advised there was a fire but this is not inside - it’s an outdoor fire (not going to heat the inside) There was a small heater to heat the lounge but it was very noisey and struggled to heat the lounge. There was heating in the bedrooms which was awesome though. They had started renovations in the bedroom downstairs which was nice but the rest of the house was very tired and needs attention. The bathroom upstairs was not very nice and the toilet seat looked like it was going to fall off. I have read responses from previous reviews that this is their budget accomodation. While cheaper than other places around, I think a little more investment in this place would do it wonders and make it value for money.
