This is a very tiny detail, which has very little importance: sometimes heating and waterpipes made occasional noises, but again rather normal and a very tiny detail.

Great location, clean house, friendly hosts, well equiped kitchen for home cooked meals
Location is great. Everything is in reach on foot. We liked the nearby markets, walk through the town and view of the ski slopes.
Wifi is bad. Heating is a thing you need to get used to and tweak a bit.

Excellent stay near the lifts!
Fantastic location near the ski lifts, flexible check-in (and check out), English speaking host, comfortable beds and a nice apartment. This was our fifth time in Ponte di Legno and White Rock is our favourite accommodation so far. Will book again!
Not a big problem for a family but bedroom and toilet doors let a lot of sound through. The apartment door was also very thin but there’s only four units in the building so there wasn’t much running in the stairs anyway . No noise from the floor above or below.
