The hotel is fairly good at a prominent location. However, the price is a bit high considering the city. Breakfast was good but not a buffet. The rooms were clean and spacious for two. The overall service was good.
The choice of breakfast was limited. They prepare one or two items as per order. However, the food was tasty.

Location was excellent, walking distance to bus station, train station and many shops just next to the hotel.
We were charged extra for late checkout but the staff at the front desk kept changing the extra charge as they were unsure of the rates.

Location is the key here- it is walkable distance to both Bus stand and Railway station , Rooms are very well fitted out and clean. Amenities are well provided and good. Staff behave well. They are polite and efficient. all interacion with them were pleasant and went well. The temporary Tea shop outside is also good
Breakfast offer can be better , choice is very limited and time take seemed to be too long, can improve both on choice and wait time.

Front office staff is very co operative and friendly , timely service , welcoming . I reached by early morning, without any waiting front office staff done all the checkin formalities . Thank you Jishnu for the great service .
