Appartamento molto bello esteticamente, all'interno di un bel palazzo storico; molto vicino al centro di Fermo e facilmente raggiungibile. Completi le dotazioni e i servizi offerti. Molto comodo il posto macchina a disposizione.
Suggestivo per un paio di notti, l'appartamento non risulta confortevole per soggiorni più lunghi. L'appartamento è molto buio perché ha poche finestre e molto piccole derivando dalla ristrutturazione di un locale di servizio dell'edificio principale. L'illuminazione artificiale non aiuta molto perché i punti luce, sebbene numerosi, sono stati scelti con criteri estetici più che funzionali. Arredato con gusto, risulta tuttavia un po' troppo pieno in considerazione delle dimensioni degli spazi utilizzabili (l'appartamento è grande, ma molte aree sono difficilmente e o non accessibili dati i soffitti a volta): qualche semplificazione (coppia di candelieri a pavimento, colonnina, due ciotolone al pavimento con palle decorative, grossa lampada a sfera da tavolo non funzionante) aggiungerebbe fruibilità. Sarebbe - last but not least - stato corretto informare in fase di prenotazione dell'esistenza di lavori di ristrutturazione dell'edificio piuttosto impattanti per rumore e occupazione dei cortili dalle 8.00 del mattino a sera.

This is in an historic palace, a converted palace caretaker quarters. If you are a tall and over weight person you may find the bathroom uncomfortable. People were shorter and smaller in the old days. It is beautifully appointed. There.are several design themes running through the rooms based on the profile detail of a ceiling molding.. The main living room is spacious and conveys warmth.. Staff was friendly and available. It was too cold to enjoy the private garden which would have been a peaceful place to read or enjoy a glass of wine
A word of advice. At street level going out the car park gate about three blocks up the street is a public elevator that takes you up the hill to the square level. Finding it sure made our walks into the old town easier. You need a sturdy pair of legs and shoes to explore the city.
What I didn't like had nothing to with the facility. We came down with intense colds after all the cold and rainey weather we had been experiencing.. We had to spend three days recovering in our beautiful bedroom..if we were going to be sick at least this was a comfortable place to hideout.
