Widok z balkonu na Balaton jest wspaniały. Ponieważ obiekt znajduje się ok. 3 km od centrum nawet na balkonie panuje cisza. Obiekt leży blisko darmowej plaży.
Wyposażenie apartamentu wymaga kilku napraw/poprawek. Nie są to jednak poważne usterki, szczególnie biorąc pod uwagę cenę za nocleg.

Piękny widok, jednak jak już ktoś zauważył że jest to miejsce na uboczu i wybranie się po zakupy wymaga zabrania samochodu. Nad jezioro niby blisko ale trzeba zejść ze sporego wzniesienia. Ulica pod domem pusta, bez problemu można zaparkować. Wnętrze sprawne, jednak widać że wymaga odświeżenia i poprawek - osobiście naprawiałem w dwóch drzwiach klamki bo były niedokręcone.
Potężna ilość mrówek, szczególnie w kuchni dostawały się na blaty kuchenne mimo chowania jedzenia do lodówki. Po zawartości szafek wygląda że mogą w mieszkaniu występować problemy z owadami, byliśmy w chłodnej porze więc osobiście nie doświadczyliśmy problemów z owadami. Mieszkanie jest na poddaszu i szczególnie w części kuchennej trzeba uważać na głowę, mam 187 cm wzrostu.
