A comfortable small house near the river: excellent!

Everything. Dimitris is always available and ready to help for anything and also to recommend good places to eat around. We liked the comfort and having around the ducks. Also the little balcony outside is a plus. Around you find the beach with restaurants on the seaside but also supermarkets for your needs. There's also a little stove for meals but we never used that.

Mine are just suggestions: a shower box. There was one day we had no water in the bathroom but it was a general problem of the zone that was resolved in a matter of hours.

Great one-week stay for us. Property was regularly cleaned which we did not expect. Comfy sleeps and kitchenware provided which allowed us to make some breakfasts. Ducks by the river everyday 🦆🐥

Everything was great - maybe the bathroom a tad tiny honestly was fine though.

Filoxenia

Lovely basic apartment situated on the Messonghi river. Almost daily cleaning by Katerina. Dimitris was in regular contact to check if everything was OK. The family take great pride in the property and we left feeling like we had known them for years. True filoxenia. We will certainly be back again. Thank you both so much 💓

Location was lovely. People that owned it couldn’t do enough

The pillows were really hard and uncomfortable and never enough toilet paper. Towards the end of my stay you could hear the night club from the Messongi beach hotel until quite late.

Very good

The staff was very kind and helpful. The apartment was cleand well every 2 days. Nice view, the beach is near, and lots of parking areas nearby. The AC can easily cool down the room.

No or not much hot water at night and the water pressure is very low.

The hosts are great and the accommodation is very clean and nice! I recomend Dimitris Studos!

The room was very tidy and clean, and every two od three days we would get fresh towels and get our room cleaned. The room had air conditioning and really nice balcony. It is close to the beach and hosts are very nice and friendly. Everything was as said and we had amazing time in Dimitris' apartments.

Exceptional

The location is just amazing! We were in the centre of everything! We could have go for smaller trips and visit the north and the south. Prices around this area were very good. The host was amazingly friendly! We had AC a small stove to cook coffee or make some pasta. The bed was very comfortable. There is also a balcony facing the river which is amazing because the view is very nice, where we were having our breakfast. For the price it was definitely worth our wild! We got fresh new towels on the 3/4th day. Like a mini hotel :)

None. We were very satisfied. Owner reported to also invest in the place as well so could be that it will look even better next year.
