Location is great lots of room

Beds weren't as described in the listing only 1 kings size bed. Shower and door to pool wasn't cleaned properly

The game room

We liked the spaciousness of the house. It was decorated nicely, and had granite countertops. The couch was nice and comfortable. If it wasn’t so neglected it would have worked really well for us.

The stove was broken (cracked), the toilet near the pool got clogged two days before we left and no one was sent out. The air conditioning in the room To the left of the laundry room was not working, therefore we had to set up bedding in the theater, so those that were scheduled to sleep in that room could have somewhere to sleep. The shower door in the bathroom that is connected to that same room was not latching. The a/c on the second floor was “sub par” it never felt like it cooled down to the limit of 72. Then on the night before we left it briefly stopped working. Likely because the laundry is on the second floor and too much heat was being generated by the dryer. Likely it did not have proper ventilation. Multiple hair dryers didn’t work. Two lights in the living area did not work (the fan light and the floor lamp). The fan remote did not have batteries and was rusted. The base boards were filthy. The nails under the carpet were exposed in the bedroom where the two twin beds were and also in the master bedroom, causing pain when we forgot to step over them. There were not many conveniences. Only one roll of paper towels. No coffee or coffee filter for the coffee maker. Small thing of dish soap. Was there for 3 nights and we had to buy more. We had to buy trash bags as well. There was air conditioning, nor balls in the “game room” in the garage. In the pool, there was a part of the concrete along the side that was loose and one of the children grabbed onto it, and it fell into the pool. I notified the owner and instead of them saying that they would send someone, they asked for a picture. The towel and toilet paper holders were poorly installed and continued to come apart. Many of the guests complained of the mattresses sinking in and feeling the springs. I am sure there are other things that I have failed to mention. We paid and expected for an 8 bedroom, 5 bathroom home with a theater and a game room.
