Incredible location, good energy, quiet, and great value for money.

Andrej is one of the kindest human beings that I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. He went out of his way to not only pick up me and my cat, but also to drop us back off at the ferry from Stari Grad (30 min drive each way). I came during the off season so he happily offered to take me to the grocery store, as everything in Ivan Dolac was closed. The apartments are very nice in a beautiful location (2 min walk from the beach) and are at an incredible value for money. There was nothing from the facilities that were missing and I had everything I needed for a great stay. We ended up getting along so well that we went for fun night out on the town in Jelsa (15 min drive) which is a must visit. I am happy to now call Andrej my friend and if I ever make my way back to Ivan Dolac, this is the only place I will be staying. Thank you again for everything Andrej, my stay couldn't have gone better.

Near the sea, very friendly host.

Location is perfect, sea is very close and can be seen from the balcony. Andrej, the host is very helpful and friendly. The air conditioning can heat up the place even during Winter. The place has all the facilities you need for a longer stay as well. The bed is comfortable.

Andrej is an excellent host. The apartment has a great location, we loved our view of the sea. We tasted Andrej’s wine and he even barbecued delicious fish for us!! I can definitely recommend this place.

Ruhige Lage nahe am Meer mit einem hübschen kleinen Sandstrand. Guter Ausgansgsort für verschiedene Klettergärten. Auf keinen Fall verpassen: die Rundwanderund ab Sveta Nedjelja auf den höchsten Punkt der Insel, Sveti Nicola

In der Nachsaison ist an der Südküste von Sv. Nedjelja bis Zavala alles geschlossen! Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit: Tommy vor Jelsa.

Tolle Unterkunft für einen Strandurlaub

Die Unterkunft lag sehr nah am Strand, sodass dieser innerhalb kürzester Zeit erreichbar war. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und unkomplizert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war gepflegt und sehr sauber, die Einrichtung allerdings bereits in die Jahre gekommen, aber zweckmäßig.

Udobni kreveti, terasa

Vlasnik je neljubazan. Prvi dan smo greškom ušli u krivi apartman jer nam je on rekao da idemo gore, a gore su bila dva apartmana. Onda se derao na nas: jesmo li mi Amerikanci?! Pod je bio ljepljiv kao i stol na terasi.
