Cleanliness and proximity to beach
Entertainment in terms of TV not recharged and hence not operational. It needs to be recharged.

The location is quite good...Kashid beach is just 2 mins walk away. However, it is quite far from Mandwa jetty(51kms) if somebody is coming by ferry, esp M2M as they don't have a bus service like others to Alibag depot. The staff was quite helpful and food is home-cooked and very nice, esp kokum sharbat and sol kadhi. The resort is full of trees of diff type incl mango, cheeku and others which is so good to feel. They are also adding amenities like swimming pool and restaurant.
Room size, though not small but restricts movement...little bigger size would have helped in arranging things in a better way. Also, coming from outside, tourists are dependent on the reception/staff for local info regarding sight seeing, timings etc which was lacking. Would help tremendously if they can have some cycles or bikes on rent as public transportation is very limited and costly in the area.

Awesome property with beautiful cottages. Very quite inside and you can feel close to nature, with trees and birds around you. Close proximity to the beach (2 min walk). Mr. Abid Khan is a wonderful host, always with a smile on his face. Delicious sea food served in the resort, especially Prawns and Pomfret. Would definitely visit this property again.
