Lokalizacja, daleko od gwarnych miejsc, wspaniałe wyjście do ogrodu, gdzie był stół i grill. Cicha okolica. Miejsce do odpoczynku bardzo dobre.
Stan mebli wymaga renowacji, szafki wymagają napraw ( zawiasy, zatrzaski , gdyż nie domykały się lub nie otwierały, stół chwiał się) wyłamany włącznik od światła nad płytą elektryczną. Czystość pozostawia wiele do życzenia, worek od odkurzacza nie zmieniany, przy odkurzaniu był nieprzyjemny zapach. Dobrze, że był zapasowy, bo mogliśmy dokonać wymiany. Miejsce wymaga gruntownego posprzątania, doczyszczenia toalety czy dywaników. W apartamencie nie ma żelazka ani zmywarki. Minusem jest brak możliwości otrzymania rachunku za pobyt.
