Wonderful for families

Absolutely perfect for what we needed with young children. We especially enjoyed the water park which was included in our stay and had lots of fun at the lake. The place is perfect for families and we used it as a base to explore lake como and Menaggio. It was very peaceful and clean and the cabin was so comfortable especially the bonus of air conditioning.

Everything was great, the only small thing which would be perfect would be a slightly later check out than 10am but that’s me trying to find something to improve. Otherwise excellent in every aspect.

Nice environment, value for money restaurant, bad camping facilities, poorly managed.

The location is good to enjoy the lakes. there are many families with children in the camp. if you are with the family the kids can find friends and play together. The restaurant had good food and good prices.

The camp is old and most of the facilities need maintenance and upgrades. The sheets and the beds of the room are not provided although the high price per night which is comparable to 4 star hotels. The life jacket of my children was taken probably by the pool staff. We forgot it the evening, the pool was closed/locked but we could see it from the restaurant among other forgotten things that were placed in one corner. We couldn’t enter to take it though. Next morning we entered first in the pool when only 3-4 people from the pool crew were there but the life jacket was missing. The other things (t-shirts, towels) were there.

Good for a couple of days but not great value for money

Good location next to the lake and close to Lugano and Como. Restaurant food and staff were great. Superior Bungalow is exactly as advertised, we really liked both the inside and outside. Parking was next to the bungalow, plenty of space.

50 euro charges for providing sheets, towels and pillows were not known before booking. Also had to make sure we cleaned before we left as another 40 euro charge if not clean enough. For 150 euro a day off season you'd expect these provided. I chose this hotel for the pool but it was closed when we arrived at end of May, this should have been better advertised as that was the only reason I chose this camping over others. Everything needs maintenance, the playground was very old and half the things were mothballed with wires or springs coming out. Mini market was 50% empty, very few choices for breakfast, food and drinks.

The location next to the lake is great.

There was a hole in the floor in the main room, We complained, they ignored, There was nowhere near enough crockery or utensils. The main room was dirty, dusty with previous guests stuff around. The electricity shut off one evening for a couple of hours. The shared communal shower block has lights shorting out and falling off the wall. its shabby. We moved here from a place in Chatel, France, who quite frankly did it much much better, for less cost.

Great place for stay with kids, with swimming pool, playground and beautiful lake.

Beautiful location near Lugano Lake, Camping is very nice, however packed with many chalets very close to each other. Extra bonus points for playground and outdoor swimming pool with area for children, were they could play safely. Our chalet was small but had everything we needed and had lovely terrace, were we could spend time relaxing.

Chalets are placed to each other very closely so the car has to be parked away, but still accessibly to unload the car. Unfortunately the weather was something that couldn't be ordered by lovely staff :))

The cabins we had were super. Almost new and clean and very close to the lake. Complete and as you may expect.

The campsite however is to my opinion not a 3 star camping. Old and lagging maintenance and cleaning. Beach is not clean at all and the campsite could use some cleaning here and there.

great location short walk to the lake. spacious patio.

we could not figure out the gas stove, electricity did not turn on so had to have facilities help. shower water never heated much. bad smell coming from the bathroom. I think we may have been first visit of season. it would be great if apartment had instructions inside for power, gas so that you do not need to call front office as they weren’t always responsive

The chalet we got assigned was clean and spacious enough f. It had all the necessary stuff. Very close to the beautiful lake . Despite the rainy weather we enjoyed our stay in the camping

The garden of chalet needs maintenance . It turned into a pool of mud and rainwater when it rained . Same goes for some parts of the paths in the camping .They need to be raised a bit .

die Nähe zum See, das gemütliche Häuschen, man konnte mit dem auto bis vors haus fahren, die ausstattung im haus war hervorragend.

ein stück holz war von der veranda abgebrochen, die sanitären Anlagen im Schwimmbad waren nicht schön, auch das cafe dabei war nicht so toll

Urlaub vorzeitig abgebrochen – enttäuschend und absolut nicht den Preis wert!

Wir können leider nichts erwähnen was uns gefallen hat...

Wir haben unseren Urlaub nach nur 2 Nächten (von 5 gebuchten Tagen) leider vorzeitig abgebrochen, weil es einfach unerträglich war. Wir wären auch gleich wieder gegangen Aber wir wollten dem ganzen eine Chance geben, nachdem wir das Chalet selbst nochmals geputzt haben mit neu gekauftem wischer etc. Was wir dann auch dort gelassen haben, so haben Sie wenigstens einen mop der frisch ist. Wir dachten der muffelige, beissende Geruch kam vielleicht vom mop der da draußen total verdreckt da stand. Man weiß ja, wenn ein Lappen oder ein Wischmop nicht sauber ist, dann wird der Ort auch nicht sauber geschweige denn duften. Also haben wir eigenständig das Chalet gereinigt. Sauber war es dann auch 😄 Aber das Problem war noch wo ganz anders... Der muffige Geruch der Bettwäsche ( die wir zusätzlich gemietet haben für 60 € ) war kaum auszuhalten – es roch stechend, alt und abgestanden, was für erholsamen Schlaf unmöglich machte. Es würgte uns regelrecht. Nach einer Kontrolle der Reinigungskraft war ihre Aussage diese würden nicht übel riechen. Unprofessionell!!! Die Toilette am Pool total versifft. Also unterirdisch!! Eine öffentliche Toilette wird besser gepflegt. Alles in allem ist dieser Ort extrem ungepflegt und in die Jahre gekommen. Zudem war die Unterkunft extrem schlecht ausgestattet. Es gab kaum Küchenutensilien – nicht einmal eine einfache Moka-Maschine für einen Kaffee am Morgen. Stattdessen eine einzige wackelige Pfanne, ein mittelgroßer Topf, eine Teekanne und ein (!) schneide Messer. Wer hier vorhat, sich selbst zu verpflegen, wird schnell frustriert sein. Von Animation war ebenfalls keine Spur – auf Nachfrage hieß es, dass diese nur ein paar Tage Anfang August angeboten werde. Der Pool war eiskalt und die Liegen am Pool kosten zusätzlich – bei dem ohnehin schon hohen Preis schlichtweg unverschämt. Die Unterkunft steht in keinem Verhältnis zum Preis.

Geweldig, op en top genieten

Geweldig gehad, mooie plek en ideaal voor de kids Veel te doen, prachtige ligging aan het meer van Lugano. Heerlijk zwembad, en de beste pizzas gewoon bij de ingang van de camping. Huisje was als nieuw, het ontbrak aan niets. *enige jammmere was dat er geen NL tv was" en hele slechte verbinding en zelfs geen WIFI. Heerlijk om even offline te zijn 😅 Zelf beddegoed en handdoeken meenemen scheelt veel geld maar is fijn dat het daar te huur is.

Niets! Alleen de laatste ochtend werden we wakker met de badkamer VOL met mieren, die ook in de nok van de slaapkamers bleken te zitten. Of de allergie van mieren beten komt weet ik niet maar oioi wat was dat erg. Ik zat helemaal onder de rode jeukbuktjes, dikke ogen en lip... Dat was het enige minpuntje

Mobilhome sale à l’arrivée, vaisselle sale et pour certains inutilisable (une poêle complètement cramée…), le linge de toilettes ,que l’on a loué et donc payé, taché également. Et pour finir le mobilier extérieur très sale également! Les coussins sont crasseux tout les chaises longues qui présentent même des taches de moisies.

Leuke plek aan het meer (5 huisjes voor ons) , mooi huisje en een goed zwembad!

Enkel de elektriciteit was echt belabberd! Airco en boiler gaf al problemen. Uiteindelijk de oplossing gevonden en timing. Verder is het wat verouderd.

Preis Leistung stimmt nicht , Fotos sehen besser aus. Es fehlte einiges an Materialien zb Toilettenpapier, Geschirrtücher, Wasser Kocher. Bettwäsche u Handtücher muss man überteuert kaufen. Dusche verschimmelt im Silikon.

Es war ein sehr erholsamer toller Aufenthalt über Pfingsten!

Wir waren mit drei Kindern ein paar Tage in den Pfingstferien da und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Lage ist wunderbar, es sind nur wenige Schritte zum See. Es ist ruhig, Animation und Pool sind sehr weit weg. Da der Weg zum See führt, laufen einige Menschen an der Unterkunft vorbei, was wir aber nett finden. Die Unterkunft ist klein aber hat Platz für alle und alles. Sie ist sehr gut für Kinder ausgestattet, es ist alles da: Babybett, Hochstuhl, Kinderbesteck, sogar ein Buggy. Ein paar Spiele, Bücher und Filme, allerdings meist auf Niederländisch. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden!

Es waren wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten, die gestört haben: Die Zimmer sind eher dunkel (aber man hält sich so oder so meist auf der tollen Terrasse auf), und es gab nur zwei kleine Löffel, die Staubsaugerdüse war defekt und fiel komplett auseinander. Alles in allem gab es nichts auszusetzen!

A szállásfoglalásnál lefoglalt szállások nem tükrözték a valóságot! Nem annyi főre voltak kialakítva a szállások amilyenek a képeken és a leírásban voltak! Ezért sajnos két családnak a kényelmes pihenés nem volt biztosított mert össze kellett költözni hogy egyáltalán aludni tudjunk !Sajnos a telítettség miatt nem volt lehetőségünk más házat választani!Felszereltség egy ilyen helyen minimum a mikrohullámú sütő ! Na ez egy házba volt a hétből! A pótágy amit kértünk használhatatlan volt mert kinyitásnál szétesett! Két házba a hosszú utazás után nem tudtunk zuhanyozni az első este mert nem volt melegvíz!
