the lovely lasy at recepyion was lovely very welcoming, easy to find lovely location, good digs

only minor things like the blinds where all broke so when i moved them they fell off and the fridge handle when i pulled it to open door just came off

We had apartment 1 which is appreciably smaller than any of the apartments shown in the photos. Photos are composite of all the aprtments. Apartment 1 has just a fridge, microwave, a kettle and a toaster. This wasn’t really a problem as we only planned on having breakfast but is a bit basic. No shop or cafe on site so you need to travel out to eat. The site is approx 1mile from Aberaeron - which has good pubs, restaurants, shops and cafes but along a busy A-Road with no pavement or street lighting so a car is essential. Local Taxi firms only interested in long journeys so if you go out, somebody is driving.

First solo trip 24

Excellent accommodation, stayed in studio 2. Outstanding views. View was out of this world. Clean, modern and Mary was a perfect host. One complaint, don't stay there if you not got your own transport. I walked everywhere

No bus stop outside. A few bus drivers were really good dropping you off outside but not all . If you got your own car, no problem

Good for room only, tricky self catering.

1. Large comfy bed. 2. Cleanliness of room. 3. Friendly staff. 4. Good location.

1. Having to wash dishes in bathroom sink as no other sink to wash dishes. 2. Lack of work top / shelf space / bedside cupboard to place personal items. 3. Room too hot, unable to turn heater off or open windows sufficiently to let air in. No fan. 4. Space restricted in room with large armchair - should be replaced with functional bistro table and chairs for breakfast dining, as no table to sit at to eat food. 5. Although offered as self catering, it was very difficult to prepare food, eat meals and clean up with these facilities. 6. Lacked hooks to hang towels.

We were met by Mary, who was very friendly. The room itself was clean and nicely furnished. It certainly lived up to its name..Sunset View! The first night we were treated to an absolutely lovely one.

The property was immaculate and cleanly presented, we were greeted at reception by a lovely host who showed us upto the apartment and explained all to us, even the best walking route into Aberaeron, would definitely recommend and will return in the future.

Fab location

Mary was fabulous. We were a bit confused because we thought we'd booked a room with a sofa and bigger windows. Mary explained that the pics on booking.com are of all rooms , not necessarily the one you've booked? She was really friendly and genuinely interested in making sure that we enjoyed our stay the lift was great as one of us has mobility issues

After exiting the lift there were steps to access our apartment with no hand rail The bathroom extractor didn't work No toiletries,even though they were listed Shower was very slippery underfoot, bought a shower mat from local shop Booking confirmation said to vacate by 6pm but was actually 10am Even so we would still book again because staff an location were great.

Fantastic location 10/10 to explore Aberaeron, New Quay, and beyond! Spacious apartment, nicely decorated, with everything we needed for a short stay. Immaculately clean with complementary cleaning pack including dishwasher liquid, a new sponge, a couple of towels and rubbish bags for the bins. Mary contacted us to make sure we could find the key as we arrived later in the evening. Parking on site was very easy. Overall, a great experience and we would love to return for longer! Thank you!

I think the apartment would benefit from more windows. We had the most incredible view with uninterrupted sea views only to enjoy it through a tiny opening of the window, which is a shame really. Walking towards Aberaeron, alongside the main road, needs a lot of attention because there is no pavement to walk on, and the cars pass by in quite high speeds, so one needs to be extra careful (not a fault of the property though :) )

A comfortable stay with stunning views

Very comfortable and spacious apartment. Mary really looked after us! Parking was very easy and we were only a few minutes drive from the local town. Gorgeous sea and sunset views from the window.

The room could have done with a fan as it was very hot and the windows could only be opened a little due to us having children with us (child locks)

The extractor in the bathroom didn’t work. My wife is an above knee amputee and grab rails in the shower and bathroom would have been really helpful, otherwise no complaints.

Lovely lady called Mary met us with our Keys. our stay was relaxing and fun

it was a self catering apt which was brilliant. The location was in easy walking distance into the town of Aberaeron. We walked down along the main road as the coastal path was muddy at this time of the year. But in the dryer weather the path would be great to walk into the town.

Location was fantastic with great views. Nice comfortable bed. Spacious apartment.

No baking trays for the oven. Inbuilt light on bed headboard very dim and not suitable for reading, needed a couple of bedside lamps. Only one comfy chair in an apartment for two.
